Fifth screen grab of our trailer

This is our fifth screen grab so far,It is a quick jump cut shot from the close up shot of Lola waking up. We used a close up shot for her feet so that the audience can focus on her bedroom floor and the fact that she is only wearing one sock.Beside her feet is a flowery pillow and her light blue sock these use of props connotes femininity and innocence.Since frilly socks are usually associated with little girls.This representation of Lola conforms to the coming of age chick flick genre as we make the audience feel closer with the protagonist through the close up shots of her face and feet in the morning.This scene shot also effective suggests Lola is waking up in the morning, in order to convey this message we used an extra led light to brighten up the scene.
