This is the behind the scenes picture of me playing Lola in the school stairs scene.
We chose to use two props which was a book and a pair of glasses these props connote intelligence but also represents Lola as a "Nerd" a negative stereotype for intelligent studious teenager. We also tied my hair back and I wore very dull colours such as grey and dark blue so that it highlights how Lola is unnoticed.The opposite of glamorous popular teen girls that are represented in other movies for example "mean girls".
